Interpretation for COP31 Antalya

No. Interpretation for the official negotiating sessions and plenaries is provided through the UN's own arrangements, and we are an independent company with no affiliation to the UNFCCC secretariat or the COP31 Presidency. What we do is everything around those sessions: side events, delegation and bilateral meetings, business forums, pavilion programmes, press briefings and receptions organised by delegations, companies, NGOs and institutions in Antalya.

Turkish and the six official UN languages — Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish — plus other languages on request. English and Turkish in either direction are the easiest to staff. French, Arabic, Russian and Spanish booths are achievable with lead time. Chinese and less common languages will be the scarcest during a busy fortnight, and are often better served by relay through English or by AI interpretation on an extra channel.

Yes, and that is where most side meetings happen. Delegations and organisations hold their own events in hotels in the city centre, Lara, Kundu and Belek, and in other venues across Antalya. We deliver, install and staff at any of them, and we can run several venues on the same day.

Access to the Blue Zone is controlled by UN accreditation, and the Green Zone follows the venue's own exhibitor and delivery rules. If your pavilion or side event is inside the conference area, our delivery and technician access depend on the credentials and logistics arrangements of your organisation and the venue. We plan around them and supply everything your stand builder or pavilion organiser needs from us, but we cannot obtain accreditation on your behalf.

As soon as your programme is firm. Equipment can often be confirmed at shorter notice, but interpreters are the constraint: during a two-week conference the demand for UN-language interpreters in one city is far higher than usual. Send us the dates and languages first, even before the running order is final, and we will reserve the interpreters while the rest is settled.

Often not. A bilateral or a roundtable of twenty to forty people is usually better served by a portable tour-guide kit: the interpreter speaks into a transmitter and each participant wears a light receiver, with no booth to build and no floor space lost. We recommend a booth when the room is larger, the session runs all day, or there are several languages at once.

Yes. We stream the session to the meeting platform or a web page with the interpreted audio on separate language channels, so colleagues who could not travel to Antalya can follow in the language they need. We can also record each language as a separate track for the delegation's archive.

For some sessions. AI interpretation can add long-tail languages to a presentation-style side event at a fraction of the cost of another booth, and we patch it into the same receivers the room already uses. We do not recommend it for negotiations, bilateral talks or anything where the exact wording carries diplomatic or contractual weight — those need a human interpreter.

There is no fixed COP31 package: every event is quoted on its own. The price depends on the number of days, rooms and languages, the receiver count, whether interpreters are needed and for how many hours, and extras such as streaming or recording.
