CongressJCI 2026 Balkan Conference Ankara
The Balkan Conference, organized by the JCI Türkiye team, took place in Ankara between 27–30 March. During the event, JCI national presidents from Balkan countries came together in Ankara to exchange ideas and strengthen regional collaboration. The conference featured valuable sessions for young individuals entering the business world and aspiring entrepreneurs looking to launch their own ventures. The final round of a competition designed to support young entrepreneurs was also held as part of the program. As NOVA, we were proud to sponsor the event by providing simultaneous interpretation services and conference technology solutions.
SeminarTicaret Bakanlığı - ESPR Tüzüğü Çalıştayı TAIEX
TAIEX Sürdürülebilir Ürünler için Eko-tasarım Gerekliliklerine İlişkin Mevzuat Rehberliği Çalıştayı, 9–10 Şubat 2026 tarihlerinde Türkiye Ticaret Bakanlığı ile iş birliği içinde düzenlendi. Çalıştay, Göksu Tülümen'in başkanlığında yürütüldü; Ela Yazıcı İnan ve Mehmet Halil Madazlı'nın değerli katkılarıyla sürdürüldü. Elita Skribnovska, Armin Böhm ve Eduards Veide tarafından yürütülen eğitim oturumları; gelişen AB eko-tasarım çerçevesi, düzenleyici beklentiler ve sürdürülebilir ürünlere yönelik pratik uygulama boyutları hakkında derinlikli bir bakış açısı sundu. Gerçekleştirilen tartışmalar, ulusal uygulamaların AB sürdürülebilirlik ve döngüsel ekonomi politikalarıyla uyumlaştırılması açısından büyük önem taşımıştır. Bu toplantıda sağladığımız simultane çeviri hizmetinin yanı sıra, hibrit simultane çeviri, kamera yayını, profesyonel ses sistemi, Bosch simultane sistem gibi ekipmanlarla biz de yerimizi aldık.
SeminarCyber Resilience Act (CRA)- TAIEX Workshop
A TAIEX Workshop on the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) — which will introduce cybersecurity requirements for the placing on the Union market of numerous product groups covered under the Türkiye–EU Customs Union — was held under the coordination of the General Directorate of Product Safety and Inspection of our Ministry, with the participation of experts from Italy, Spain, and Romania. The agenda of the Workshop, which took place on 13–14 November 2025, was structured to address the questions of all stakeholders affected by the changes introduced by the CRA — ranging from economic operators and authorised bodies to conformity assessment organisations. The Workshop was held in a hybrid format and carried out with active participation; it is assessed that the event will prove beneficial for the steps our country will take in this field. Simultaneous interpretation and simultaneous interpretation equipment hire services were provided by NOVA throughout the event, and the professional technician team contributed to the seamless conduct of the meeting.
TrainingTAIEX - Ministry of Energy Meeting - 2025
During the “Application of Power Electronics in Wind Power Plants” expert mission held in Ankara from November 17–20, 2025, as part of the European Commission’s TAIEX program, NOVA provided expert simultaneous interpretation services for four days. Wind energy, which plays a critical role in Turkey’s energy transition strategy, along with advanced technical topics such as power electronics, grid integration, digitalization, and energy modeling, were at the heart of the event. During these comprehensive sessions, NOVA’s experienced conference interpreters facilitated seamless, accurate communication between international experts and local stakeholders, demonstrating mastery of industry-specific terminology.
SeminarVQA and the Macro-qualifications Workshop - 2025
The workshop titled “New Trends in Education and Employment: Micro-Credentials”, hosted by the Vocational Qualifications Authority and organized in cooperation with EU TAIEX, took place on 13–14 November 2025. The program brought together representatives from the EU Delegation to Türkiye, ETF, the Ministry of National Education (MoNE), the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), universities, the defense industry, and social partners. Discussions focused on the development of micro-credentials, strengthening quality assurance mechanisms, and building a sustainable micro-credentials ecosystem in Türkiye. Over the course of the two-day workshop, participants attended presentations by national and international experts. Panel discussions and breakout sessions also explored policy recommendations and opportunities for collaboration to support Türkiye’s micro-credentials ecosystem. As part of our ongoing cooperation with TAIEX, we provided a full range of event services to the Vocational Qualifications Authority, including simultaneous interpretation, interpretation system setup, conference sound system installation, and delegate microphone solutions.
SeminarCement Industry Stakeholders Meeting - 2025
The event, which brought together professionals from the cement industry, focused on calcined clay (LC3) and cementitious materials within the framework of low-carbon production technologies and sustainability goals. Led by TÜRKÇİMENTO, with Aşkale Cement and Oyak Cement as main sponsors, and Cemtech Global Engineering and Onbiron Industrial Chemicals as event sponsors, the meeting gathered more than 200 experts from various segments of the industry over two days. As NOVA, we provided simultaneous interpretation services and simultaneous interpretation system rental in two separate halls, ensuring seamless multilingual communication throughout the event.
SeminarAFAD - Seismic Risk Evaluation Capacity Workshop
The workshop, jointly organized by AFAD and the United Nations, took place in Istanbul on 22–23 September 2025. The event aimed to strengthen the capacity of member states in the region to assess and manage seismic risk. As NOVA we offered simultaneous interpretation equipment rental and simultaneous interpretation system.
ConferenceMoE Floating Solar Powers Workshop - TAIEX
Floating solar power plants (SPPs) play a crucial role in addressing the growing global demand for clean and sustainable energy as they allow to optimize land use and have a better efficiency. Additionally, these floating platforms help to reduce evaporation from water bodies, contributing to water conservation efforts. Taking into consideration the energy development process and renewable targets of Türkiye, it was decided to organize TAIEX workshop for floating solar power systems (SPP). The workshop supported Türkiye's long-term energy development plans by providing information about the planning, project and regulation of floating SPPs, with a focus on case studies. Nova has proudly supported the organization with state-of-the-art simultaneous interpreting technologies and professional audio-visual equipment rentals. CongressMemorial Hospital - Neuromuscular Surgergy Congress
At the scoliosis congress held at Memorial Hospital in Ankara, we provided simultaneous interpretation system rental and professional interpreter support. During the event, which featured a live broadcast of a surgical operation, NOVA successfully delivered the full technical infrastructure and technology support, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all participants.
